Im März 2023 kam Kavitha als Consultant zu uns und stellt sich nun auch unseren Fragen, allerdings dieses Mal auf englisch. Ihr Interview gibt Einblicke in die Dinge, ohne die sie nicht leben könnte, und in ihre Lebensziele, die sie unbedingt noch erreichen möchte.
How would you describe yourself?
Mom, who always puts her children first.
How would you explain to your family what your job is at e:ndlich?
To my kids: It’s the job that helps banks to function.
To my family: The job that helps me keep up my career and spare quality time with them.
What is your favorite aspect working for this company?
Being at e:ndlich makes me feel confident and empowered with Team spirit.
What was your biggest personal achievement in life?
My children, they are so precious that all of a sudden my focus changed to grow up with them.
What would your colleagues say about you?
Me being diligent and calm.
Which resolutions do you have for 2023?
Looking forward for another year with more challenges at work.
If you were a food, what food would you be?
Avocado and Mutton Biriyani, a south Indian delicacy.
Is there something in your life you want to do one day?
I want to travel to UK and Australia without Visa hassles.
What brings you down after a long day of work?
A silly smile from my kids and playing with my daughter.
If you could have any superpower, what would you have?
I would fund a supersonic jet and travel to India quite often.

Travel, Cooking, gadgets and movies.
